Sample Answer:
The given diagrams portray the visual explanation regarding the cement production steps and concrete making process. Overall, in spite of the complex process of cement making which consists of five main stages from crushing limestone and clay until packaging which harnesses a number of differing tools, the concrete production requires a simpler process where only a single prominent machine being employed.

In the initial process of making cement, limestone and clay are crushed together in the crusher that yields into powder. To make sure that those raw materials are well mixed, the powder is combined in the mixer before afterward being transferred to the rotating round heater in order to give equal heat to the mixed cement powder. The heated powder subsequently continues its process to the grinder where it is smashed to become cement. Ultimately, the final process organizes cement to be packaged in bags and ready to distribute.


Moving into concrete production, the produced cement is utilized in this process as 15% of the concrete ingredients is composed from it. Besides, water (10%) and sand (25%) are also equipped to complete the prime material which is gravel, the small stones, that constructs a half of total elements used in this production.
