The given pie chart and table reveal the statistical data regarding the factors engendering global agricultural failure in the case of land degradation and particularly how it affected three regions of the world during 1990s. Overall, over-grazing and deforestation were the greatest problems that led to the worldwide land degradation which subsequently affected Europe significantly as the most degraded land compared to other  affected regions.

Turning into closer analysis, concerning to the global land degradation basis, while the two main issues encompassing over-grazing and deforestation resulted the most jeopardizing agricultural problem which were 35% and 30% of worldwide land degradation respectively, over-cultivation also generated a considerable proportion of degradation problem which was 28%, 2 until 7 percent slightly lesser compared to the two former factors. In contrast, other cause only minimally affected the worldwide land degradation which was 7%. Shifting toward the emerged consequences from the land degradation causes, the largest land affected was Europe with 23% of total land degraded that was majorly evoked by deforestation (9.8%) and over-cultivation (7.7%). Similarly, with 10% lesser in number of total degraded territory, Oceania also suffered from this problem where over-grazing seriously damaged 11.3% of its land, which was then considered as the most deadly cause of the total land degradation by region. In contrast, North Americans did not experience a vatal land problem where only 5% of its area being degraded with over-cultivation as the prime cause.
